Junior Translations Quality Specialist

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good command of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Good English level - C1
  • Additional language at level C1 or higher would be an advantage

 

Nice to Have:

  • Basic knowledge of CAT tools and Adobe InDesign
  • Experience in translation quality control and project coordination

Responsibilities:

  • Managing translation projects
  • Preparing quotes and assigning translations to vendors
  • Performing quality checks and coordinating third-party reviews
  • Reporting on project progress and outcomes

What you can expect in the recruitment process:

  • Step 1 Analysis of received applications (CVs) - at this stage we will select the CVs which will cover most of the features we indicated in the offer, and then contact selected candidates
  • Step 2 Recruitment interview with HR person (videocall)
  • Step 3 Recruitment interview with Project Team Leader
