Junior Digital Merchandiser with Turkish

Role Description
- Performing live checks & gap closings (checking if delivered content is live on the eRetailer’s website & filling gaps with relevant content)
- Provide support across teams when capacity is left (different projects or tasks from other markets can be assigned)
- Support in coordinating asset production if necessary (incl. small translations, quick proofreads and quality check)
- Spotting inconsistencies in content & flagging those to the client + resolving issues on the go
- Participating in weekly calls with the client to share status of received tasks
- Updating task status in task tracking tool, trackers etc.
- Recommending proactively solutions to the client
- Sharing content packages with eRetailers
- Listing of the new products
Requirements
- First experience or basic knowledge of eCommerce, including working with eRetailers or online stores
- English and Turkish on advanced level - at least C1Â
- Basic understanding of omnichannel or pure-player retail environments
- Good communication skills and first experience in client or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with task management tool (e.g.: JIRA, Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and basic Excel skills
- Proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and good coordination skills, with confidence to grow and learn
