• Proven experience of min. 1 year in the eCommerce / digital marketing field
• Advanced English level (C1-C2)
• Knowledge of Excel (intermediate level)
• Precision and very high attention to detail
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work easily with technology and tools
• Focus on teamwork and support
• Experience in cooperation with clients from global brands
• Experience in the pharma industry will be a big plus!

• Coordination and execution of the assigned localisation project
• Handling the administrative aspects of the project, taking care of assets, files and time management tools
• Overseeing the translation process and ensuring the timely delivery of the project
• Maintaining the quality and correctness of localised content
• Communication of processes to other team members
• Delegating tasks effectively to team assistants and freelancers
• Serve as the liaison between client and creative teams, interpreting briefs and coordinating the execution of graphic and textual projects
• Supervise the workflow of design and copywriting teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with market expectations.
• Identify task-related issues/challenges and propose solutions for improvement
• Creating a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
• Overseeing project risks and propose preventive actions or solutions
