Requirements:

Knowledge of HubSpot

Advanced proficiency in Excel

English language proficiency at a minimum of C1 level

Responsibilities:

Preparing business presentations
-
Communicating with various levels of the sales organization

Creating sales analyses and preparing basic sales reports and summaries

Supporting the planning of meetings and sales events; handling client inquiries via email and phone

Preparing offers and order confirmations
-
Entering data into the system and updating customer information; managing data in CRM systems and Excel

Preparing sales reports and performance summaries
