• Knowledge of HubSpot

• Advanced proficiency in Excel

• English language proficiency at a minimum of C1 level

• Preparing business presentations

• Supporting the planning of meetings and sales events; handling client inquiries via email and phone

• Preparing offers and order confirmations

• Entering data into the system and updating customer information; managing data in CRM systems and Excel

• Preparing sales reports and performance summaries
