Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication, able to clearly and effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana) and good understanding MS Office package
- English Native speaker or Advanced English Level - at least C1
- Experience of working in any CMS is a must
- Applicable knowledge of CSS and HTML
- Ability to manage multiple project streams and to coordinate activities across multiple markets
- Risk assessment and mitigation strategies, bottleneck inspection
- Team player with positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Assertiveness and courage in presenting ideas and solutions
- Experience in dealing with international clients/customer service

Strong PM tools expertise to be able to manage complex client portfolios and parallel projects (e.g. ASANA or other)

Responsibilities:

Project Intake & Assessment:

Analyze incoming tickets for website edits or new page creations, evaluating the provided materials for completeness and technical feasibility

Translate client input into actionable content and optimization plans

Consultative Support:

Act as a strategic advisor by consulting with clients on best practices, alternative solutions, and ways to optimize their web presence

End-to-End Coordination:

Oversee the entire lifecycle of a request—from initial requirement gathering and scoping to final delivery and client approval

Resource & Stakeholder Management:

Liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure all site updates align with organizational standards and project objectives

Quality Assurance:

Review all completed work against the client's original brief to ensure accuracy, usability, and brand consistency before "closing" the ticket

Client Management:

Day-to-day contact with the client, conducting client statuses and meetings. Conduct client-facing, high quality presentations

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including localization, creative, and design teams.

Maintain client communication in English, report regularly, and manage client expectations

Project Management:

Coordinate activities across multiple markets, ensuring consistency and quality of deliverables

Manage projects using tools like Asana or SNOW, etc., track progress, and create schedules

Proactively identify project risks and bottlenecks impacting project progress and propose solutions to mitigate them

Maintain project documentation and create onboarding training for new projects
