Role Description
- Working as part of a People & Culture (soft HR) team in day to day duties;
- Independent execution and coordination of assigned recruitment processes;
- Building relationships, supporting hiring managers - working together on an ongoing basis to clarify needs and prepare recruitment strategy, selection criteria, maximize recruitment activities;
- Building the talent pool, by actively seeking them from various sources;
- Acting as an advisor and recruitment expert;
- Carry out additional activities from HR area (onboarding, trainings & development, employee evaluation, employee engagement, offboarding, process automation etc. );
- Supporting with administration tasks;
Requirements
- Team player with positive personality, friendly attitude,
- min. 2 years of experience in soft HR department
- At least 1,5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Great organization skills, pro-activeness and ability to meet deadlines
- Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
- Independence and initiative in assigned tasks
- English and Polish at C1 level
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment,
- Assertiveness and confidence to speak with people on different levels
