Financial & Reporting Analyst

Requirements:
- A university degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting, or Finance
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Independence and commitment to assigned responsibilities
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, including suggesting new solutions and improvements
- Teamwork skills and effective communication
- Fluent English min. B2 level
- Nice to Have - Knowledge of VBA and experience in implementing ERP systems
Responsibilities:
- Preparing periodic reports to support business management
- Creation of project reporting processes and controlling tools
- Collecting and updating data
- Engaging in the budgeting and planning process
- Participating in the closing of accounting periods
- Supporting the preparation and updating of financial models
- Compiling and preparing monthly data reports, correlating with delivery reports, to support the finance team in the invoicing process
- Communicating with internal teams to verify, track, and audit the quality of data entered by the delivery team
- Supervising and overseeing the data collection process to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Collaborating with the client’s Data and Reporting Team to address business-related matters
- Providing key data insights and reports to facilitate the invoicing process
