Role Description
- Managing and optimizing online product catalog to increase visibility and conversions on the e-retailers' platforms,
- Implementing an effective SEO strategy, including content optimization and excellent mastery of conversion-oriented copywriting.
- Ensuring the optimization of eCommerce visuals produced by clients, ensuring their quality, compliance (e.g. following the regulations), ability to convert.
- Contributing to the development of the global eCommerce strategy, in collaboration with the various internal teams (marketing, data, purchasing and supply).
- Ensuring regular analytical monitoring of eCommerce performance (KPIs, reporting, recommendations).
- Analyzing performance data, doing research, audits, competition analysis, developing eCommerce strategies, and making recommendations for changes based on data-driven insights
- Supporting in Localization of global content
- Implementation of the content at eretailers + retail management / case management (upload to Vendor Central, corrections and tracking of the implementation process, case processing)
- Conducting client status and meetings, communication to local retailers in alignment with e-KAM (e.g. retailer-specific adjustments, communication to contact persons in retail or upload to retail portals tbc)
- Being up to date with eCommerce trends
Requirements
- Proven experience as an eMerchandiser Specialist or similar role.
- Mastery of reatil SEO, including optimizing, copywriting, metadata management and best practices in product indexing, and knowledge of SEO tools and methodologies.
- Good knowledge of omnichannel and quick commerce
- Solid skills in eMerchandising, structuring the offer and optimizing product visuals.
- Analytical mindset, autonomy, and ability to work in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Significant work experience in the retail or FMCG sector, with a strong focus on food products.
- In-depth technical knowledge of Turkish eRetailers, especially FMCG ones (Migros, Trendyol, Amazon, Hepsiburada)
- Analytical and project management skills

- Assertiveness and courage in presenting your ideas
- Availability 4h a day, Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm
- Advanced Turkish level - C1+
