Technical Support & IT Administrator

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent knowledge of Polish and English - (min. B2+)
  • Knowledge of: Microsoft Azure / Microsoft M365 / Windows 11 / Windows server / MacOS / Android / iOS / Basic Network WIFI/LAN Configuration / Asana or similar software
  • Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.), licence verification, MFA configuration
  • Knowledge of computer hardware - ability to configure end devices (computers, monitors, printers, mobile devices) and install software.
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity issues and best practices in data protection.
  • Comarch finance cloud or similar software knowledge will be a plus.
  • Ability to organise work independently, manage time and set priorities
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Proactive approach to problems and ability to propose new solutions
  • Willingness to develop and readiness to acquire new skills

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up accounts: Creating new accounts for employees and making sure all access procedures are clear and simple.
  • IT equipment support: Ordering laptops and other IT tools for our team and making sure everyone has what they need.
  • Managing SharePoint: Keeping our SharePoint sites organized and making sure the right people have the right access.
  • Supporting the team: Helping colleagues and external partners with IT issues and questions.
  • Managing mobile phones: Taking care of SIM cards, tracking costs, and ensuring phone services run smoothly.
  • Software licenses: Keeping track of software licenses and making sure everything is up to date and compliant.
  • Keeping things secure: Helping with organizational security and making sure policies are followed.
  • Network safety: Ensuring our LAN and Wi-Fi networks are safe and reliable for everyone.
  • Creating new procedures: Developing new processes to make our IT systems and workflows even better.
