Requirements:

 

  • Passionate leader with min. 3 years of team management experience (min. 5 people in the team)
  • Experience in 1:1 meetings and team development
  • Experience in project management, content production
  • Fluency in English - at least C1 level (any additional language on any level is an extra!)
  • Experience working in the pharma/medical industry will be a plus!
  • Ambitious individual with a business-oriented, strategic approach
  • Experienced in working with various (preferably international) clients and on multiple projects, and have the ability to build long-term relationships with clients
  • Experience in budget management
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, as well as present findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner
  • Assertiveness, the ability to resolve conflict situations and make difficult decisions
  • Flexibility and adaptability to quickly respond to changing market dynamics, technology trends, and business requirements in the rapidly evolving digital landscape

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Building long-term relationships with clients through in-depth analysis and understanding of their business needs, continually improving the overall client experience, and discovering new needs 

  • Overseeing the delivery of dedicated projects, team progress, and maintaining timely and high-quality delivery within the desired budget  

  • Managing the team, ongoing communication, assignment of tasks, keeping an eye on the accuracy and timeliness of data provided by the team 

  • Daily analysis of team performance and skills, identifying and delivering improvements to people and processes 

  • Serving as a role model and knowledge expert. Training and developing people in the team, providing feedback and performance evaluation, and encouraging professional development  

  • Controlling costs, budgets and profitability of projects 

  • Reporting to the Account Director and supporting in internal budget processes and decision-making for the client and team  

  • Contributing to the creation of a professional and friendly workplace
