Translaton & Quality Manager with German

Responsibilities:

  • Proofreading and improving quality of medical translations into German language
  • Act as the main liaison between the client (markets), the PM team, Translation manger, and third parties (translation agency)
  • Facilitate clear communication and efficient collaboration between all stakeholders
  • Ensure timely delivery of translations, focusing on reducing delivery time and increasing client satisfaction
  • Manage quality control of the translation process
  • Be flexible and agile in reacting to changes in the workload and priorities, supporting other teams as needed

 

Requirements:

  • German language on native level
  • Advanced English - at least B2+/C1
  • Attention to details
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Client-focused mindset
  • Ability to swiftly adapt to changes in workload and priorities
  • Experience in managing or coordinating translation projects
  • Experience in working with CAT tool and managing TMs
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate between different teams and parties
  • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Understanding of the German market and language nuances
  • Experience in medical translation would be a big plus!
