Responsibilities:
- Proofreading and improving quality of medical translations into German language
- Act as the main liaison between the client (markets), the PM team, Translation manger, and third parties (translation agency)
- Facilitate clear communication and efficient collaboration between all stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery of translations, focusing on reducing delivery time and increasing client satisfaction
- Manage quality control of the translation process
- Be flexible and agile in reacting to changes in the workload and priorities, supporting other teams as needed
Requirements:
- German language on native level
- Advanced English - at least B2+/C1
- Attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Client-focused mindset
- Ability to swiftly adapt to changes in workload and priorities
- Experience in managing or coordinating translation projects
- Experience in working with CAT tool and managing TMs
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate between different teams and parties
- Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Understanding of the German market and language nuances
- Experience in medical translation would be a big plus!
