Role description:

We are looking for a dynamic professional to serve as the key link between our Global Digital Hub and local markets. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for assigned countries. You will ensure clear communication about available services, drive engagement throughout the project lifecycle, and actively promote the capabilities of the Hub. The focus of the role is on managing non-creative digital projects, mainly involving the localization and adaptation of global assets to meet local market needs. You will lead a dedicated project team, ensuring alignment, high performance, and smooth execution at every stage. This includes supporting local teams in effectively using Hub services, co-planning projects, and overseeing both financial and operational aspects to ensure successful, on-time delivery of all initiatives.

 

 

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in complex project management (localization), in a digital or cross-functional environment
  • Experience in managing project teams and overseeing day-to-day execution
  • Fluent English (oral and written) min. C1
  • Strong understanding of digital solutions, platforms, and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex challenges and offer effective solutions through logical reasoning and creative thinking
  • Confidence with numbers and data-driven decision-making
  • Proven experience in working cross-functionally and influencing various stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong “can do” attitude

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison for assigned markets and internal stakeholders
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships across all stages of the project lifecycle
  • Regularly update markets and stakeholders on project scope, execution plans, milestones, and timelines
  • Ensure seamless end-to-end project delivery, with a focus on localization and adaptation rather than creative development
  • Manage and lead a project team, ensuring clear roles, effective collaboration, and timely delivery
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, both internal and external
  • Supervise and report on project delivery progress, proactively identifying risks and ensuring timely resolution
  • Provide input on process improvement and promote best practices in project delivery
