HR & Recruitment Specialist
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in soft HR department
- At least 1,5 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Great organization skills, pro-activeness and ability to meet deadlines
- Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
- English and Polish at C1 level
- Team player with positive personality, friendly attitude, willingness to growth and work in a dynamic and changing environment,
- Assertiveness and ability to speak confidently with people on different levels
Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a People & Culture (soft HR) team in day to day duties;
- Execution and coordination of assigned recruitment processes;
- Building relationships, supporting hiring managers and clients (that we are supporting with the recruitment)- working together on an ongoing basis to clarify needs and prepare recruitment strategy, selection criteria, maximize recruitment activities;
- Building the talent pool, by actively seeking them from various sources;
- Acting as an advisor and recruitment expert;
- Opportunity to carry out additional activities from HR area (onboarding, development & career paths, evalution, trainings, employee engagement, offboarding, process automation etc. );
- Supporting with administration tasks;
