Junior Digital Merchandiser | Brand Stores | eCommerce | UX

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting execution of eCommerce projects connected with brand stores (Shop-in-shop) creation
  • Making recommendations of changes
  • Managing delivery process (designing, briefing graphic designers, reviewing assets, creating mockups)
  • Managing multiple store updates, launches, and promotions
  • Presenting results to clients and gathering feedback
  • Maintaining high quality in overall task execution
  • Constant skills improvement and learning of eCommerce trends
  • Research, audits, competition analysis, recommendation of changes
  • Day-to-day contact with the client and eRetailers - participation in status meetings or internal calls
  • Solving creatively eCommerce problems with support of more experienced colleagues
  • Cooperating with a team of specialists who support each other
  • Creating a friendly and exciting workplace

Our requirements:

  • Good level of  English language (C1) - a necessary condition
  • Being organized and effective
  • Analytical skills or interest in analyzing data and drawing conclusions
  • A good eye for aesthetics
  • Attention to detail (content accuracy, images and compliance before publishing)
  • Presentation skills – creating and delivering
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Being a team player with a sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned
  • Knowledge of excel (intermediate level) 
  • Experience (at least 1 year) and interest in digital industry
  • UX/UI basic will be a big plus
