Digital eMerchandising Lead

Requirements:

 
  • Passionate leader with a minimum of 2 years of team management experience. 
  • Over 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong focus on product eMerchandising on eRetailer platforms and a deep understanding of the industry, knowing how to work on those eRetailers (e.g. creating product listing, optimizations, localizations, adaptations, case management and issue resolving, reporting the data and results, SEO tools understanding, improvement ideas etc.)  
  • English level C1
  • Proven track record of working with various (preferably international) clients, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders, and to present findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
  • Experienced in budget management.
  • Assertive, with the ability to resolve conflicts and make difficult decisions.
  • Proactive, Flexible and adaptable, able to respond quickly to changing market dynamics, technology trends, and business requirements in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. 

 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience in the FMCG sector. 

  • Familiarity with Digital Shelf and Digital Shelf monitoring tools. 

  • Previous experience working in a digital agency. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing dedicated accounts and supervision of the team’s scope, performance and KPIs 
  • Ability to proactively identify problems, assess risks, and implement effective solutions to ensure high-quality client service in dynamic environments 
  • Building long-term relationships with clients by extensive analysis and understanding of their business needs, continuously improving the overall client experience 
  • Serving as a role model and knowledge expert, training and developing people within the team, providing feedback and performance review, and encouraging professional growth 
  • Developed and executed eCommerce strategies for the clients aimed at driving online sales, enhancing user experience, and achieving business objectives. Presenting creative, innovative ideas, and discovering new clients’ needs 
  • Monitoring progress made by the team, maintaining on-time and high-quality task delivery within the desired budget, and task allocation 
  • Day-to-day analysis of team efficiency and ability to recognise and incorporate improvements to people and processes 
  • Leading and inspiring the team to achieve desired objectives, budgets, quality, and maintain high client satisfaction
