Providing personal data specified in legal provisions, necessary to take action at your request before concluding a contract or necessary in our legitimate interest, is mandatory to participate in the recruitment process. Providing other data is voluntary. You have the right to access your data, including obtaining a copy, rectifying the data, requesting its deletion, limiting processing, objecting to the processing and transferring the data provided (to which you have consented or we process it at your request before concluding the contract) to another administrator data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. You have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. We process your personal data in order to recruit for the position indicated in the advertisement for a maximum period of 1 year from the end of the publication of the advertisement. We process your personal data in order to conduct future recruitment for a maximum period of 1 year from the end of publication of the advertisement. We may transfer your personal data to job advertisement publishing service providers, recruitment management system providers, IT service providers (hosting), IT system providers, state and law enforcement authorities or other companies from the capital group. Personal data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA), i.e. in third countries (Mexico, Serbia). No decision has been issued by the European Commission regarding these countries, finding that these countries provide an adequate level of protection within the meaning of European data protection regulations. Transfer of personal data to the above-mentioned countries is based on standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission (SCC), and is therefore subject to appropriate safeguards in terms of protecting the privacy and rights and freedoms of the persons concerned.
